Valuer event stamp in Activity

We’ve introduced a new feature that logs when a valuer is set or changed in the system.
This allows agents to track updates and changes related to valuer appointments more effectively. The event will appear in the activity feed, providing full visibility for any new inserts or changes to the valuer.
