Nicole Pisani is a chef who’s worked at Yotam Ottolenghi’s NOPI and Anna Hansen’s The Modern Pantry.
Nicole is co-founder and Executive Head Chef of Chefs in Schools and works on food education programme in the soon-to-be built School of Food in Hackney. She has been working in school food with the LEAP Federation since 2014.
