A chronic undersupply of new housing in London has caused house prices to quadruple in the last twenty years.
The housing crisis is now the number one concern for Londoners. Businesses and the NHS say it is affecting their ability to recruit staff. And homelessness and overcrowding are rising as a result.
Our latest research shows that the housing crisis is also responsible for pushing up inequality in the capital.
Join us on the 4th of April to discuss our findings on the links between housing, income and wealth inequality.
