Florence Conway

I joined Re:State in March 2024 as a Researcher working on our Reimagining Health programme. Before Re:State, I worked at Onward where I conducted research on housing, health, communities, and city productivity; I also worked in events and communications. Prior to that I worked in the private sector at a consultancy. My policy interests include health, skills and education, levelling up, and place.

My favourite reformer is… 

Elizabeth Wolstenholme-Elmy. A fearless northern feminist who relentlessly campaigned for women's social, legal, and political equality.

What gets you out of bed in the morning?

Marmite toast and tea.
