Dr Jennifer Creese
Re:State ScholarJennifer is a Lecturer in Health Services Research in the Department of Population Health Sciences, University of Leicester. Her research focuses on workplace cultures, working conditions and retention of healthcare professionals, particularly doctors. She is a member of the Greater Manchester Patient Safety Research Collaboration, funded by the National Institute for Health & Social Care Research.
As a Re:State Scholar, Jennifer will write about the retention of resident doctors in the UK health system, and their potential involvement in health and wellbeing partnerships with communities.
