Research Manager and Head of HealthI joined Re:State in November 2023 as Research Manager to lead the Reimagining Health programme. Before Re:State, I was a Senior Analyst at the Tony Blair Institute for four years, initially focusing on technology and public services and eventually specialising in crime and policing. Prior to working at TBI, I worked in finance, supporting an equity trading desk in an investment bank. I also used to write fortnightly for CityAM with my various musings on public policy and occasionally feminism.
The effectiveness of public services is core to my personal mission in politics: I believe that ultimately governments exist to improve social outcomes and public services are essential to achieving this. Their importance in achieving social justice is a conviction deeply held. My particular interests include health and policing, but I am also interested in criminal justice and feminism, and often a combination of all four!
