At Re:State I work on the Reimagining the Local State & the Reimagining Whitehall programmes, exploring how to improve both central and local government. This has so far included reports on Mayoral Strategic Authorities, local government finances and audit, AI in public services and civil service performance management. In addition to these my MRes dissertation assessed the effectiveness of housing targets in London.

Before Re:State I worked in housing policy and as a secondary school teacher on the Teach First programme.

My favourite reformer is…
