Claire Kober

Since 2014 Claire has been the Deputy Chair of London Councils. Having previously held the portfolio for Community Safety, Claire is now London Councils’ Executive Member for Infrastructure and Regeneration, representing the region on the London Enterprise Partnership and the Homes for London Board. She also plays a senior role at a national level and is Chair of the Resources Board at the London Government Association. In December 2008 she was elected Leader of Haringey Council and has led Haringey Labour into the borough-wide elections in May 2014 with a strong focus on family, poverty and social inclusion.
