Ian has been Chief Executive of Capital & Counties Properties PLC (“Capco”) since its listing on the London and Johannesburg stock exchanges in 2010. He has driven Capco’s rapid development into a leading London property investment and development company creating significant value from Capco’s two key London Estates, Covent Garden and Earls Court. Ian was previously an Executive Director of Liberty International and Hongkong Land.
