Yolande’s areas of focus at the Savills World Research team are world cities, including London, the impact of private wealth in real estate, emerging trends in real estate markets, residential and commercial, urbanism and mixed use issues. She is Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society, Director of Design for Homes, founding member of the Society of Property Researchers, Academician with the Academy of Urbanism, council member of ULI and visiting Professor at the Bartlett School of Planning (UCL).
