Feedback and complaints
We always welcome feedback, including if you’re unhappy about any aspect of our work. This gives us an opportunity to continue learning and improving our work. We treat complaints seriously and with discretion.
We will always strive to resolve any issue during the first instance. However, if you are unsatisfied with our response, your complaint will be escalated to Re:State’s Director.
If this fails to resolve the issue, you can contact the independent regulatory bodies in the charity sector.
