Ian Thomas CBE is Town Clerk and CEO of the City of London Corporation. Prior to this, he was CEO of Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames, working with members, staff and partners to deliver an impressive response to COVID-19, outstanding, award-winning public services and a £1.2bn regeneration programme, underpinned by a robust medium term financial strategy. In 2019, he was awarded a CBE for leadership in local government and children's services.
