We’re excited to announce a major update to our Market Insights Reports for all new presentations added from Friday, 4th October.
This update is part of our ongoing commitment to helping estate agents maximise engagement and nurture every lead effectively. As part of this initiative, we recently introduced Market Insight Reports, replacing our previous Market Update Reports.
What’s Changing?
From now on, when a scheduled Market Insight Report is generated, it will automatically display postcode sectors chosen in the Market Trends slide.
Why This Matters
- Ensures localised market insights are always included for more relevant data.
- Helps agents engage clients with hyperlocal property trends.
- Reduces manual adjustments, making reporting more efficient and automated.
⚠ Important Notes
If no postcode sectors are selected in the Market Trends slide, the system will default to your agency’s standard coverage. If neither a Market Trends selection nor a default is set, no Market Insight Report will be generated.
