What’s New?
The ‘Show past appointments where proposal not sent’ toggle has been updated to provide more focused insights. Now, this filter will only display proposals that haven’t been sent where the appointment date has already passed.
Previously, the checkbox was labelled ‘Show proposals not sent’ and would display all unsent proposals, regardless of whether the appointment had occurred. This led to less relevant results and potentially more manual sorting for users.
Why Does This Matter?
- More Relevant Results: By focusing on unsent proposals for completed appointments, this feature helps agents prioritise follow-ups and avoid missed opportunities.
- Streamlined Workflow: Agents can now quickly identify pending proposals for past appointments without sifting through unnecessary data, saving time and boosting productivity.

How to Use It
The updated toggle is live and can be found within the Client Presentations filter. Simply enable it to view unsent proposals linked to appointments that have already taken place. This refined filter ensures your data is actionable and aligned with your next steps.
