New Feature Update: A Fresh Look for the Valuation Letter

• By Marketing on March 13th, 2026 •

We’re introducing a new web-based version of the Valuation Letter. This update focuses on improving the user experience and workflow, while keeping the same functionality and integrations you’re already familiar with.

The good news: no action is required from your side.
Any Valuation Letter previously created using the Sales Valuation Letter or Rental Letter will automatically display the new design when you edit it.

What’s New?

A cleaner, more intuitive design
The updated interface provides a clearer layout and smoother experience when preparing valuation letters.

New 2-step workflow
Users now complete the figures before generating the letter. This simple change helps guide users who may skip parts of the process, while still keeping things quick and familiar for those who already follow the full workflow.

Figures are now preserved
Your figures will remain saved even if the letter is rewritten or if tags are removed later. This means less re-entering data and a more reliable process overall.

Traffic light status fix
We’ve resolved an issue where the traffic light indicator could remain orange even after the process was complete. It will now correctly turn green, even if tags are removed during edits.

Data integrations remain unchanged
All valuation data continues to be:

  • Sent to Reapit
  • Available through our API

Your existing integrations and workflows will continue to function exactly as before.

Now Available: Lettings Valuation Letter

Alongside the new interface, we’re also rolling out an improved Lettings Valuation Letter — designed to bring the same level of structure and clarity to rental valuations as you already have for sales.

This has already been tested with clients and is now available across all new lettings templates.

Why This Matters

Lettings proposals are often less consistent than sales — which can lead to confusion around fees, management terms, and rental expectations.

The updated Lettings Valuation Letter helps standardise this, making it easier for your team to present:

• Clear rental figures
• Defined management terms
• A more professional, structured proposal

Built for Lettings — Not Adapted from Sales

The letter includes specific tags tailored to lettings scenarios, such as:

{RENT}
{RENT_FREQUENCY}
{AGENT_ROLE}
{MANAGEMENT_PERCENT} / {MANAGEMENT_PRICE}

This ensures your proposals reflect the reality of rental instructions — not a workaround from sales templates.

What You Need to Do

From now on, any new lettings templates should be created using the Lettings Valuation Letter.

That’s it.

No disruption — just a more consistent and professional way to deliver both sales and lettings proposals.
