What the Integration Does
The new Estates IT CRM integration introduces several features designed to streamline the appraisal and proposal process:
Support for Roaming Valuers
Perfect for agents on the move, allowing presentations to be created and sent wherever they are.
Multiple Template Support
Choose from a range of templates to match the specific property type or client.
Direct “Create Acaboom Presentation” Functionality
Instantly send property and client data from Estates IT to Acaboom and generate a tailored presentation in seconds.
Full User Control
When creating an Acaboom presentation from within Estates IT, users can configure key details such as:
- Office to insert
- Template selection
- Valuer assignment
- Send Pre-Valuation Email
- Send Pre-Valuation SMS
- Send Copy to Valuer
In addition, a direct preview link to the proposal will be available within the CRM, allowing quick and easy access to the presentation.
